  1. Get 2 cups dry Sudanese Ful Beans
  2. Prepare pinch Baking Soda
  3. Make ready 1 large onion chopped
  4. Take Salt as per taste
  5. Take as needed Water
  6. Take 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
  7. Take 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice
  9. Make ready 8 Feta Cheese (sudanese jibno)
  10. Take As needed Sesame Oil to drizzle on top while serving
Steps to make Fulaish:
  1. Presoak foul over night around 10-12 hours adding baking soda or you can use canned Ful.
  2. Wash the beans properly before cooking. In a pressure cooker, add the beans and adding water such that the level of water is 1-2 inch higher than the level of beans.cook on a low-medium heat for 1 hour
  3. Take it off the heat and let the cooker cool. Once cool,take the cooked foul and again in pot heat it adding salt,cumin. In serving plate pour the cooked foul top it with chopped onion,sesame oil,jibno.Ready to serve with Aish(bread). With spicy peanut onion
