  6. Ab sugar syrup thoda dal do
  7. Method for sheer khurma
  8. Ek pan me ghee garam kar lo - -  Ab wheat flour save fry kar lo
  9. Ab milk dal kar boil kar lo - - Ab mix dry fruit or cardamom powder mix kar lo
  10. Ab milkmaid dal kar mix kar ke thick sheer khurama bana lo
  11. Note; serve kar ne ke liye serving dish me pahle ghevar rakh kar upper se sheer khurama dal kar serve karo sheer ghevar reedy to eat.
