  1. Take 2 cups dry Sudanese Ful Beans
  2. Get pinch Baking Soda
  3. Prepare 1 large onion chopped
  4. Make ready Salt as per taste
  5. Prepare as needed Water

  7. Prepare 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  8. Take 1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps to make Fulaish:
  1. Presoak foul over night around 10-12 hours adding baking soda or you can use canned Ful.
  2. Wash the beans properly before cooking. In a pressure cooker, add the beans and adding water such that the level of water is 1-2 inch higher than the level of beans.cook on a low-medium heat for 1 hour
  3. Take it off the heat and let the cooker cool. Once cool,take the cooked foul and again in pot heat it adding salt,cumin. In serving plate pour the cooked foul top it with chopped onion,sesame oil,jibno.Ready to serve with Aish(bread). With spicy peanut onion
