Chenna will get separately.Now filter the Chenna in the muslin cloth drain the water completely now dip that potli in ice water or keep that potli in running water so that sour taste of lemon should goes off.
  2. After draining excess water from muslin cloth. Place chenna into the vessel and knead it smoothly for 10 minutes add 1 tbsp of maida. Knead it using your palm very lightly till Chesse granules get broken and becomes soft.once kneading done divide it into different parts and make small balls press it little and make all balls ready. Take a kadai or pot add sugar and water bring it boil place all balls into it and close the lid and cook in high flame for 5 minutes. Close the flame and remove it.
  3. For ras malai- take a pan add milk bring it to boil add sugar, milk powder, cardamom and boil it and mix it till it get thick. Stir slowly.Once milk cools down add mango puree into it and blend it in a mixer jar.
  4. Now mix balls and ras malai and keep in friedge for half an hour.Now take a serving glass place the balls in it and pour ras malai into it and garnish with pistachios and kesar. Serve cold!
