  1. Make ready 250 gm Broad beans
  2. Take 3 tablespoon Oil

  6. Take 2 Onion finely chopped
  7. Make ready 3 Tomato finely chopped

  11. Take 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  12. Take Salt as per your taste

Mutton Masala Breyani ( Large Quantity ). Add salt to taste (approximately a teaspoon). Add the salt, garam masala, chilli powder and sugar, and cook for a final minute. Stir in the cream and serve.

Steps to make Broad beans potato curry:
  1. Wash and remove both ends of broad beans and divide it in pieces.
  2. Wash peel and cut potatoes in cubes.
  3. Heat a wok and add oil in it.
  4. Now add cumin seeds mustard seeds and chana dal. Saute for a few seconds.
  5. Now add Onion and mix it.
  6. When Onion becomes golden brown add tomato and green chilli. Cook it well.
  7. When tomato becomes soft and mushy add red chilli powder turmeric powder and coriander powder.mix it nicely.
  8. When spices starts leaving oil add broad beans and potato. Mix everything properly.
  9. Now add salt as per your taste. Cook it.
  10. When veggie turn soft turn off the flame.
  11. Your broad beans and potato curry is ready to serve.

Add the salt, garam masala, chilli powder and sugar, and cook for a final minute. Then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, if using, stirring well. The main ingredients are cheap, filling potatoes and green beans. The beans can be added fresh or frozen. That depends on whether you want to splash out, or save a few extra dollars by finishing off that half eaten bag that's been.
