In the morning, put the Fava beans on the stove and cook at very low flame for about two hours (depending on size of Fava beans) Taste and shut off flame when they are Al Dente. Add the potatoes and gently stir, trying not to break the potatoes but incorporating them evenly amount the other ingredients. Of course, some may break, but since they are not fully cooked through, they should be fine.
