  16. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric
  17. Get 1 tsp coriander pauder
  18. Prepare 1/4 cup cumin powder
  19. Get 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  20. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala pauder
  21. Make ready to taste Salte
  22. Make ready 1/4 tsp pepper kaali mirch
  23. Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
  24. Take 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  25. Make ready 3 tsp oil for roasting
  26. Make ready 1 pinch chaat masala

Veg seekh kabab recipe - Delicious veg kabab recipe made using veggies like potatoes, peas and textured vegetable protein i.e Soya granules or chunks. Seekh kabab is usually made of minced meat and grilled on skewers in a charcoal or tandoor oven. It is served with mint chutney, onion and lemon wedges. Due to the use of soya granules or chunks this veg seekh kabab tastes very close to the meat.

  1. Firstly in a kadai heat oil and saute jeera. Further add onions ginger garlic paste and green chilli saute well. Add besan and roast for a min or 2. Further add mix vegetables and saute. Transfer to the food processor also add coriander leaves mint leaves and chopped cashews. Blend theme. Coarse. Transfer in to mixing bowl. Also add in boiled potatoes spices salt and lemon juice. Further add bread crumbs and mix well. Make a ball and insert in to skewer and give shape. Roast the kawab on hot
  2. Tawa greased with oil. Roast in a between making sure all sides are roasted evenly finally serve veg kabab along with tomato onion rings green chilli mint leaves coriander leaves. Thank You so much
