  4. Season with Salt & Pepper. Add grated Parmesan but it is optional. Drizzle with extra Olive Oil and enjoy with nice crusty bread or grilled flat bread.

Fresh Broad Beans are lovely, but Frozen Broad Beans can be used. Nice crusty bread or grilled flat bread would be perfect with this dip. Served as a breakfast food or part of the Middle Eastern Mezze. As I grew up in Jordan, Foul Mudammas was always a staple food in our house. This broad bean and mint dip is a great way to use up seasonal broad beans.
