  21. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  22. Make ready 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  23. Get 10 curry leaves
  24. Prepare 2 dry red Chilli
  25. Get Oil as required

  4. Sambhar :- soak toor daal overnight. Then boil them along with vegetables in some water, in a pressure cooker, the next morning,. And keep aside.
  5. Then heat a pan with some oil. Then add the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,dry red Chilli, and curry leaves,. Then add the Chilli powder, sambhar masala, salt.
  6. Cook for few minutes then add the boiled dal and vegetables. Then add the tamarind paste and water. Boil on simmer for some times. Check the seasoning and then serve with idli and chutney
  7. Idli sambhar with coconut chutney is ready to serve.
