  8. Take as required Garnishing: colour ful grated coconut, green cardamom
  9. Get as required Roasted vermicelli and sooji

Soon sooji halwa will start to come together, and the mixture will begin to bubble and splash. Use a long ladle/spoon to stir. Maintain the heat at medium-low and keep stirring. So lets make Vermicelli Halwa today.

Steps to make Sooji and vermicelli mix halwa:
  1. Switch on the gas place a Kadhai to it and add 1/2 bowl ghee and sooji fry them on ghee in a low flame for 5 to 6 mins till it's color changes.
  2. Note: All measurement should be on same Bowls or Cup
  3. Then add vermicelli to it and again fry it for 2 to 3 mins then add sugar, grated coconut and again 1 bowl ghee and fry them for 4 mins add Cardamom powder and last add milk to it and flame should be little high and cook it for 2 to 3 mins and cover a lid and again in a low flame cook it for 5 more mins then switch off the flame. It's done garnish it.

Vermicelli Halwa requires less ghee in preparation and the fragrance of the halwa is liked by everyone at home while it is Now add sugar in the recipe and cook till the sugar dissolves. Turn off the flame and mix cardamom into it. Instructions Take sooji, vermicelli, yogurt, water, salt in a bowl and mix well. Now add in coriander leaves and baking soda and mix well. MTR vermicelli made with a special process that ensures it is non-sticky and does not form lumps.
