  14. Get 2 tej patta/bay leaves

  16. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
  17. Take 2 medium onion paste
  18. Take 2 medium tomato paste
  19. Take 1/2 bowl cream
  20. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  21. Get 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  22. Take 1/2 tsp haldi
  23. Make ready 1 tsp lal mirch powder
  24. Prepare to taste Salt
  25. Take As required Water

Aloo Kofta Curry Recipe - Potato & Paneer Kofta Curry Recipe with step wise pictures.. Add in cream and mix well. The Malai Kofta recipe is a delicious preparation paneer and potato balls simmered in a spiced tomato gravy. This recipe of kofta is a healthy twist to the traditionally deep fried kofta recipes that you would make.

Steps to make Potato creamy kofta curry:
  1. Take all the spices and take finely crushed onion, tomatoes and ginger garlic green chilli paste. Take cream in a bowl.
  2. Boil 5 potatoes peel and mash it. Add 4 tsp maida, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp haldi, salt, 1/2tsp garam masala and 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  3. Bind it well and make balls.
  4. Fry it till brown colour.
  5. Now take kadhai add 2 tsp oil add jeera, tej patta, chakri ful,2 red chillies. Now add hing, ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute it. Now add onion cook it for 3-4 mins in low flame.
  6. Now add all spices i.e., 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 2 tsp water mix and cook it till oil released. Now add tomato puree cook it well for 5 mins in low flame then add 1 glass water. Boil it and cook it for 5 mins. Turn off the flame.
  7. Now add the koftas. Garnish it with cream.
  8. Serve it with roti and rice.

I have used the Kuzhi Paniyaram Pan to pan fry the koftas making them nutritious and tasty too. This recipe also does not use Onion and Garlic, making it a Satvik food.
