Khaman is a great snacks as it provides protein, fiber and many other nutrition. Take all ingredients (except eno) for the khaman in a bowl and mix them. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency with no lumps present.

  1. In a mixing bowl mix all indgridients except eno and rest for 10 mins.
  2. Add eno and steam for 15 to 20 mins.
  3. When khaman is done Let it come to room temperature then temper.(tadka)
  4. To make tadka heat oil,add rai when it crackles add green chillies.
  5. Then add white sesame seeds and water.
  6. Add sugar and curry leaves.
  7. Let it boil till water reduces to half then pour this tadka over khaman pieces.
  8. Serve with coriander leaves and grated fresh coconut.
