  4. Heat a pan add 1tablespoon of oil add mustard seed, chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves and fry it till golden brown colour.
  5. Add chopped broad beans add Salt, 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5mins.
  6. Add rough spice powder in that pan and mix it well.
  7. Now thùvaiyal is ready.
