  6. Furthermore add chopped 3 tomatoes, salt according to your taste, additionally add crushed or Grinded Ginger-garlic-chilli Paste, 1 tsp Lemon juice mix well.
  7. Close the lid and cook about 3-4 whistles or until they cooked.
  8. Let the pressure releases, check the vegetables will be well cooked.
  9. Now stir the cooked Vegetables with spatula at least 2 minutes. And slightly mash with masher. Or you can also coarsely blend with electric blender. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Now Ghuto is ready. Serve with bajra rotlas, Ghee, Papad, garlic chutney. Traditionally Ghuto is eaten like this, but if you wish u can temper with garlic, finely chopped onions in tbsp oil.
  11. Ideally the rotla is crushed coaresly with hands, and then Ghuto is poured over it. Add a dash of spicy garlic chutney mix well and enjoy.
