  10. Leave it to cool in the mold, and remove from the mold when cool.
  11. It's as beautiful as a flower field when you slice the quiche. It tastes delicious right out of the oven, or chilled in the refrigerator.

Once I got home, didn't have any leftover ham so just added chopped up mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, etc and it was just as delicious as a veggie quiche ~ the recipe is definitely a keeper!
