  5. Now in another pan heat up some oil & add whole spices (bay leaf, green cardamoms,black cardamom & clove, peppercorns) & wait untill the aroma comes out from the spices then add 2 green chillies.
  6. Now in that oil add a water mixture of Ginger-garlic paste + cumin powder+ coriander powder + red chilli powder + turmeric powder.Then stir & mix well the spice mixture until the oil separates from it
  7. Once the spice mixture is done add the tomato-onion paste & incorporate everything together. Then add the salt & sugar & cover the pan & simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. After that if the gravy is too thick add some lukewarm water to it then add heavy cream or full fat milk & simmer for 5 more minutes.
  9. Finally add sahi garam masala & crushed kasuri methi to it & turn off the flame.
  10. Arrange fried Koftas in a serving platter & pour the gravy slowly onto the Koftas. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves & serve hot with rice or rotis.
