Parsnip Fries is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. They are nice and they look fantastic. Parsnip Fries is something that I have loved my whole life.

On two large rimmed baking sheets, toss parsnips with oil; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Dress these healthy fries up with a side of spicy or garlicky aioli: just mix mayo with Sriracha or roasted garlic (or both!). In a large bowl, toss together the oil, parsnips, bell peppers and onions.

The ingredients needed to make Parsnip Fries:
  1. Get 2 large Parsnips
  2. Take 1 dash salt and/or pepper
  3. Get 1/2 tbsp Oil (olive, canola, butter, or coconut)

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Clean parsnips. I leave the skin on. Slice parsnip lengthwise like french fries and put into a large bowl.
  3. Coat with oil then add salt/pepper (and/or rosemary, red chili flakes, cayenne, or cumin, garlic cloves, etc) for more flavor.
  4. Roast parsnips for 10-15, then stir or flip to roast the other sides for an additional 15-20 min. The thicker the parsnip, the longer the roasting time. When done, let cool for 5 min. Use any dipping sauce or none at all.
  5. Temp and roasting varies depending on altitude.
