Sauté onion in skillet, add soups, Veg-all and chicken. Simmer chicken, chicken broth, bay leaves, poultry seasoning, cajun seasoning, salt, parsley, garlic, celery and onions in large pot for a couple of hours or until chicken is falling apart.   4. To the veg mixture add tinned tomatoes and stick and bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer for 30mins until everything is nice and soft. Add chicken and cook for a further 5 mins
  5. Blend if you prefer or leave it chunky, serve with fresh crusty bread 🥖
